Vicky & Stewart’s colourful Mexican inspired Village Hall Wedding
Wow, wow wow! Vicky & Stewart’s threw such an incredible Mexican inspired DIY village hall wedding. Oh my. So much home-made goodness. Vicky & Stewart were a super relaxed couple and an absolute pleasure to shoot. Their DIY Wedding in Bucklebury was just incredible. I knew they were intent on throwing a party but it far exceeded any expectations I had! I loved their description of what they wanted from their day “our friends and family are helping us decorate the hall and we’re hoping that all the alcohol will disguise the fact that it is basically an old tin shed!” seriously who knew a tin shed could look so dam good! They also had one of the best confetti line ups I’ve ever shot to date. It… went…everywhere… There day started out at Vicky’s home getting ready with her bridesmaids, Vicky looked absolutely amazing in her custom-made Joanna Fleming dress and Hermione Harbutt head-dress. They then took the short journey to the family church, and then walked round to their reception in the glorious sunshine. We managed to dodge the rain, which took us all by surprise as well and generally just have a good knees up, with their decorated reception adorned with home-grown flowers! These guys are awesome and totally rocked, just look what they turned that tin shed into!
